Evertz Announces Agreement to Acquire Studer’s Strategic Assets from HARMAN International

Evertz announced today that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with HARMAN International to acquire the Studer brand, technology and related assets. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the first quarter of calendar 2021.
