Using dynamic microphone with WMS470 bodypack

I am using two WMS470 sistems, one for accordion, and the second for singing with AKG C420 microphone.
In the situacion when I don`t play accordion, it is much easier to sing on dynamic handheld microphone.
Please, explain me how to make a connection cable between female XLR connector for dynamic microphone and female mini XLR connector for 470 bodypack.
And otherwise, how to make a connection cable between AKG C420 and mixer (Dynacord Powermate with phantom power), without phantom power bodypack.
