AKG S30 microphone not working with windows 8.1

My AKG S30 speakerphone is having issues with the microphone when connected via Bluetooth to windows 8.1 Pro laptop (Sony vaio). When connected the same with the another laptop (HP-windows 10) and my smartphone all available functions seems to working including the microphone. The inbuilt microphone is not working only when I am connecting to the Sony laptop PC.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers
Tried couple of drivers from the Sony website
even refreshed the laptop PC and updated with all windows update.
I tried connecting my JBL Bluetooth headphones(its working)
