AKG Lyra not working with MacBook Pro 16 (2019)

I have purchased AKG Lyra which is not working with my MacBook Pro 16 (2019). Tough it is working with my other windows computer.
I contacted apple support and they said that there could be some driver issue which could be resolved from AKG's side. Can someone help?

brought this AKG lyra its not working with android device and windows also cant find my device need technical assistance as soon as..its painful to deal with as per advertisement its not working at all.
