Dear all, When I connect my new AKG Lyra to my Dell Inspiron 5402 (Windows 10, i5 laptop) , I am not able to use it. The computer does detects it. However, when I use Zoom etc I am not able to use the AKG Lyra microphone . In fact the Zoom app freezes when I connect the AKG Lyra microphone. Please help!!

I have same problem with Samsung AKG wired headphone and Samsung/AKG not solve the problem. They are excellent only for sale.
I bought AKG Lyra 9 months back, still not working in one of my DELL Inspiron. The system detects the Microphone but not responding in system settings and other zoom/meet apps
Seems it could be intel Isst issue, but you also can try to do this (install v2.14 to have GUI option).

Also, similar problems have Asus users https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/previous-forum/usb-microphone-w-usb-audio-interface-problem-on-rog-zephyrus-m16/m-p/900301
I couldn't solve this issue yet, as Lyra automatically connected throught Intel Smart Sound Technology for usb audio.
I'll just leave it here also https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/Smart-Sound-Technology-for-USB-Audio-interfering-with-USB-device/td-p/1430323
And this one https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/usb-microphone-not-working-in-windows-11-works/3454a7a5-3a43-42a7-9e3a-db65e2b30264
I found a workaround - plug it in via a hub (I use ugreen 20265), then it is detected the same way, but works normally.
