AKG NC400 Microphone too sensitive during calls or recording

I've had these earphones for a while and since the first time I can't use them for calls because the other person tells me that they can't hear me behind all the background noise, the same thing for audio messages. After playing back some recording I noticed that during calls or recordings the earphones are taking in all the sounds that normally are filtered during noise cancelling and amplifying them for the other person, drowning out my voice. There isn't any available update for the earphones or the app, and I don't have this problem with other TWS noise cancelling earphones. Any suggestions?
