Pioneer amp unable to lower volume ?

Hey,

I encounter a strange issue with some Pioneer multi-zone amplifier. On main zone, I'm unable to lower volume under a certain value (under one third approximatively). Amp returns an error code for these levels of volume, and up this third everything is going fine.
No problem on Zone 2 and 3 !!

Any ideas ?

    Factory reset the amp ?

    Check and compare the output strings on Zone 1 v Zone 2 and see if the data is actually dropping below 1/3 values.

    Just some quick thoughts.

    Can you lower the volume with the remote or the front panel?

    Well finally solution was pretty stupid but didn’t think about it at first ! On second and third zone amp is ok to receive volume value on 1/2/3 digits depending on value (goes between 0 and 185) bun on main zone it needs always 3 digits so have to fill with zeroes for lower values ;)
