Tandberg Educator CV12 file?????

I have a customer with a Tandberg Educator kit. The CF card in the NXT-CV12 has failed. The problem is that the TPD file is gone now and Cisco will not help with Tandberg items.

Anyone have access to this TP file or know where I can find a copy?
