Y-Weather XML Parser

Basically what it does is simplify the Yahoo Weather XML and modifies the tags to programmers liking.
I am using the Y weather from amdpower. But I am afraid of yahoo changing the xml attributes and tags so i made my own xml file based on Yahoo Weather.
I have attached the file for others to use. This is a php file which fetch the xml and edits it to user liking. Can't explain more its just pretty basic.
Item to do is:
1. email programmer when yahoo attributes and tags have changed as well as file not fetched.
If you have made improvements please do post and support the community.
You can change the $filename & the $request_url to your requirements.
