Regarding MVP5200i

Hello All, I am having problems with the MVP 5200I. I want to set a Ip to the Panel but it does not goto the setup page( Protected setup) While long holding the Center button of the wheel. Do you have any suggestions?
I have removed the battery and put it back again. The panel starts but i cannot goto the Configuration window.
I appreciate your help.

    Is the device currently on your wireless network via DHCP? If so, do you know it's address - or can you identify it? If you know the address, telnet into the unit and issue the SETUP command to access the configuration menu.

    Hopefully it is set to DHCP and you can look at the routers assigned IP addresses to track it down or use a network scannig program. If you can't get it's IP address and can't get into it's menu then you have to send it in for repair.

    You can't even use the USB connection because it is an ethernet gateway that isn't set to DHCP ny default.
