ICSNet Intermittent Problem

Hi all,
I have an NI-4100 having a problem with remote ICSNet cards in NetModule shells. Occasionally the devices show in the online tree, but only for a moment at a time, then disappear on the next refresh.
The internal ICSNet card frame works fine, and I've had success with some modules if they're located near the master (short cable lengths).
I've terminated the bus with 120 ohms across pins 1+2 and 7+8. Additionally, these same modules on the same run work fine on another master (NI-2000).
Anybody have any ideas? Your help is appreciated!
