DXlink MultiFormat TX Issue

I client always called as that the AV system sometimes have black screen. even all input is ok and routed properly.
the only way to fix this is restart the whole system.

But whenever I go to site, everything is working fine without any issue, and cant replicate the issue that they face.
Equiptmen is DXlink multiformat TX connected to enova processor.

is there anyone with the same experience with this unit and how to verify, determine, diagnose and fix the issue.

    Could be a cabling issue, termination. Got issue in retrofit installation need to replace cabling with shields cat6.

    Another test to is to swap dxlink connection to another card. Can be a defective card or frame slot.

    Cable is shielded cat6.

    2 times a week it happened (black screen) once restart the unit it goes back to normal.

    Everything running latest firmware ?*got lot of trouble and instability with TX*and RX*boxes till the recent firmware updates that have stabilised system !
