'Hard' factory reset NXA-ENET24

All,
I have been trying to hard factory reset a NXA-ENET24 managed switched by AMX. The reason is that I cannot access the switch anymore through console as the login info has changed and has gone lost.
I would like to use this switch for internal testing now, but need to be able to access it again. Nothing is documented regarding this 'hard factory reset' as e.g. with the ENET8 you can connect port 1-2 during power on to reset it. Tested this also with the ENET24 but doesn't work.
Could anybody help out as currently the device is useless.
