uadate TP4 to a touch panel through a NX3200 failed because of connection time out

Have you ever find that when you uadate TP4 to a touch panel through a NX3200 failed because of connection time out, Meanwhile,you cannot connect to the NX3200 ?
This problem happens very offen.
Also,the nx3200 runs after several hours later,it alway s go offline. RESTART the network switch,then everything is back again.
I've checked the NX-3200 cpu usage less than 2%.
network switch :NETGEAR FS108P
TOUCH PANEL : MSD431 AND IPAD MINI3
