RMS enterprise giving error #1009 when trying to view legacy room assets

Hello,

Have many many legacy rooms connecting to a new RMS Enterprise server. Some/many of the rooms show an error message (#1009) when trying to view the rooms assets.

There is no reference to this error anywhere in any of the documentation supplied. Anyone else seen/fixed this issue?

    Found the issue. If you use the RMSRegisterDeviceIndexParam function but only have a single parameter, it successfully registers with RMS but doesnt "render" it in the front end and you get 1009 error when trying to view any assets.

    There is a hotfix to solve the 1009 error, if you ask support they could send it to you.
