RMS enterprise giving error #1009 when trying to view legacy room assets

Hello,

Have many many legacy rooms connecting to a new RMS Enterprise server. Some/many of the rooms show an error message (#1009) when trying to view the rooms assets.

There is no reference to this error anywhere in any of the documentation supplied. Anyone else seen/fixed this issue?
