AMX Integration/Control of LodgeNet

We did a large hotel project several years ago including A/V, lighting, and HVAC control for guest rooms and common areas. At the time, the hotel property chose commercial DirecTV for guest room television services and high definition DirecTV content was therefore distributed to each room.
The same hotel property has now asked us to convert them to LodgeNet since they wish to take advanatge of pay-per-view and other enhanced guest services. We have never done a LodgeNet system and I am curious if anyone has any experience integrating a Netlinx control system with a LodgeNet guest system. We have been trying to get some technical information from LodgeNet without any real luck but we basically understand that they have an IR controllable box for each drop-point that is part of the LodgeNet video network.
If anyone has any experience with LodgeNet or details on integration with a control system, any related information would be appreciated.
