Modero Popups Disappearing

Hello,
I'm having a strange problem... I have a touch panel MVP8400 that is doing some weird things. When it comes up to the main menu and I select an option (DVD, Cable, ReQuest), it will go to that page fine, but sometimes I'll press a button on that page, and the top navigation popup will disappear. Not all of the time, or sometimes it will timeout and when I touch it to turn it back on, it will just go to a blank screen.
I have checked every single button to make sure there no popup instructions going on that i missed, and I set the the Inactivity page in TPDesign4 to the Main Navigation page. That helps because I won't have to reboot it everytime to get it back to the main screen.
I have most of the same screens uploaded to another 8400 with no issues. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?? I uploaded the latest firmware which it already had, just hoping that maybe there was an issue there, but it continues to happen.
Thank you for any ideas,
Jeff

I recently replaced by networking switch with a Cisco Catalyst Express 500 switch (a very fast wire-speed switch that's not too out of this world price wise), and started experiencing offline/online events with the Modero panel.
Turns out that the Express 500 Series is a managed switch and has port "permissions". For some reason, setting the AP port to "Other" (rather than "Access Point") resolved the problem. Clearly, my particular AP was doing something that the switch didn't care for. ("Other" disables port permissions; since my old switch didn't have this concept, it made the new switch most compatible.)
Perhaps you have a connectivity issue of some sort (signal strength, port permissions on a managed switch, AP settings, whatever) causing offline/online events, and that's causing the intermittent problems?
Just a thought ...
I'll check into this in the morning. It's been kind of a tough job, I've got about 70 hrs programming into it, but I have only had access to the equipment for about 8 of those hours. The owners are very particular about who comes in, so I've had a tough time reprogramming and troubleshooting in the limited time I get there, and of course it needs to be done tomorrow!
I'll take an extra switch along just in case.
Thanks again, and I'll post my results.
Jeff
