Faceplate fabrication recommendations?

I've got an upcoming job with very specific requirements for custom faceplates: black or brushed aluminum only, using specific Neutrik connectors, custom layout (not decora spaced), connector labels must be screen printed or engraved on faceplates. If anyone has any experience good / bad / otherwise with any vendors that provide this service, I'd love to hear what your experiences are / were.
