How much is this worth to you? (Processor Monitoring)

I am trying to decide if offering a solution that I have been developing makes any sort of business sense. Here is are the current bullet points:
- Monitor Processors and attached devices.
- NOT a ping monitor.
- Does not require port forwarding through the router.
- Automated e-mail alerts.
- Web interface to view activity as well as problems.
- Ability to monitor other data such as Temperature changes, Docked/Undocked status, Power On/Off.
- Ability to receive customer initiated help requests.
- Monthly or weekly reports to show up-time and event counts by device.
- Web hosting will be provided.
This module is very easy to implement and is called using a single function.
Is there anything else that you think needs to be included to make this a worthwhile application? Also, how much would this be worth to you?
