System integrators: How is business?

Just wondering how everyone is faring over the last 6 to 12 months. Mainly looking for integrator companies rather than individual freelance one-man shops, but all input is welcome.
a) Business is booming! We have more work than we can handle. We're hiring all the good people we can find, but GOOD people are hard to find.
b) Business is OK. We're keeping busy, but it's at a "holding steady" level.
c) Not so good. We haven't had to have layoffs yet, but the executives are forfeiting pay and the sales staff is getting desperate.
d) Terrible. We're letting people go, instituting pay freezes or cuts, looking everywhere we can think of to cut costs.
