In RPM, once a project has been completed, is it possible to make changes?

RPM will allow the user to make changes at any section of the project that has been completed. Simply use the bread crumbs on the left side of the screen to directly access the section of the project that needs to be modified. If a bread crumb item is greyed out, that portion of the project has not yet been completed. Once a section is completed, the bread crumb will be active and can be edited.
