My Login has changed and I can’t get into RPM. What do I do?

If you have a prior amx.com login and password, go to the new AMX Services Portal (https://my.amx.com/Portlet/CloudServices.aspx) and log in using your amx.com ID and password. You will enter these in the boxes at the top right of the page.

If you were granted RPM access over the past year but do not have an amx.com login, please fill out the request form for a new ID and Password (https://my.amx.com/Portlet/ContactInfo.aspx?).
