VOL3-Channel 3 locks up.

Hi everyone.
I have had a few instances where Channel 3 of a VOL3 would lock up and not transmit any signal. Channels 1-2 work fine. I use channel 3 to mute/unmute my wireless mic's in the classroom. I use that exact same type of code and feedback with all channels. Pulling the axlink for a few seconds seems to correct what ever the problem is. This does not happen in every room and I use the same code for the audio with all +100 rooms. Any ideas?
