Kalatel Cyberdome control ??

Hi,
I'm looking for someone that would have already controlled these cameras Cyberdome from Kalatel (now owned by General Electrics). It looks you can control them in RS-422 directly or pass through an adapter KDT-410 that allows control in RS-232 but I got none success to do control !!
Did someone already tried and if successful, what string did you send and what wiring did you use ??
