Where to download NI-3200 user manual and firmware

Hello,
I can't seem to find the product NI-3200 listed on AMX site anymore. I'm looking for the firmware and user manual. Are they available somewhere?

Also having trouble with finding the NI-3100 and NI-900 product info, firmware, manuals
I also tried searching AMX's site and looking at their discontinued products but couldn't find any of the NI controllers. However, if I search Google with "ni-3100 site:amx.com" there are a few pages where you can download the last version of firmware: https://www.amx.com/en/softwares/ni-series-x100-duet-v-4-master-firmware-v4-1-419 Not sure how you get to any of those pages from within AMX's site itself.
Can you clarify whether you're looking for the NI-3100 docs or the NX-3200 ? There is no NI-3200.
