AMX Encoder NMX-N3132 / AMX Decoder NMX-N3132 broadcasting locally; NOT broadcasting remotely

The devices in question are stated in the discussion title. I have recently serviced this site and contacted AMX support regarding broadcast of this system to a remote location. I am capable of broadcasting the content locally and throughout campus, but am unable to broadcast to a remote site, which has been setup in their IT department. To get the system to broadcast, this was setup for a unicast. Would this be the cause of this issue? The system feeds into a TV Tuner device so that the broadcast can be sent locally and abroad. The ONLY settings that have been adjusted is within the replaced Decoder, which was set up according to their previous network settings, unicast aside.
