Decoder with following error message on screen "Unsupported Input Resolution"

in AMX Networked AV (SVSI) Products

No matter what type of video stream I send to the N2222 decoder is shows the following error message "Unsupported Input Resolution". However, if I send the video stream to other N2222 decoders on the network the video shows fine. Has anone one else come across this issue and what was the fix?

    Could be something in the settings - does the issue persist when you factory reset the unit?
