Problem with EAP\EAPOL communication DGX 16 to switch

Hello forum,
Does anyone has problem with EAP\EAPoL communication between DGX 16 and switches?
The 802.1x was configured and enabled on DGX according the documentation and video from https://harman.remote-learner.net/mod/page/view.php?id=412.
We change configuration in the same way for NX and all work correctlly.
Are the any essential differents in hardware, firmware between DGX and NX controller that not allow us to successfully configuration? Maybe exists some not obvious configuration settings that we must to change?
