Enova DGX CPU/Control Board ICS Lan Port

Has anyone ever experienced the ICS LAN port not being active when plugging in an EXB box? The EXB box does work as I tested it on another NX controller.

Called Tech Support, Enova DGX doesn't supply POE through the ICS LAN port like the central controllers. Used an POE injector and everything is happy.
