Autopatch PR-0804 won't switch

Hi everyone,

I know this is an older unit, so I didn't know where else to post this. My PR-0804 won't switch. If I click on a Level, it allows me to click on Destination or Source, but not both. It won't allow me to do anything else for about 10 seconds, until the cancel button flashes and I can clear my inputs.

Anyone know what's going on? Is there a way to reset the system?
