Seems to be all about your USB not found.
ACV-5100 will crash during the update process (Processor firmware transfer )
Who can provide an older version of the firmware (V1,V2) for me to try to fix it?
I can offer you Acendo Vibe FW version 2.8.9 if it helps, though I agree it may be a USB issue and older firmware won't solve it.

The issue has been resolved.
It must be updated to FW version 2.8.9, and then successfully updated to 3.1.2.
