Forget Acendo Core admin Login Password

hi there Team,
Sorry to trouble you, our client forgot the password to login into coreadmin, and he already try using the default password from the acendo core and still can go in, is there any tips for this ? or the last resort is to install from scratch ?
please advise thanks
