Do the 4K60 models not come with grounding hardware? Is this no longer an issue?
Having problems with a couple of 4K60 RX boxes on a site continuing to drop offline for no reason at a site.

The grounding wire is no longer included.
In what environment are the TX/RX used (P2P, DVX, DGX)?
Also check the firmware of the TX, RX and the host unit.
Can you get an onlinetree report?
