IRL upload to CE IRS4 CAN NOT WORK

When I uploaded the IRL file to CE IRS4, I found that there was no response when executing the actions. However, the IRL downloaded through the AMX official website was available.
My files can be uploaded to NX1200/2200/3200 and can be used. Have you encountered such a problem?
