DISC date for the MXT-700

I am hoping someone can tell me the date the MXT-700 was discontinued? I have one and it is starting to act up. I dont think I want to keep trying to get it straight. Maybe time to move up? Thanks.

    if I remember corretly, the MXT/MXD series panels got discontinued in 2014. no more spareparts are available at Harman, including displays (e.g. because of delamination)
