Lights not working? Amx Radia axlink

I just changed one of control panel msp. But after that some other control panels (msp) are not working and some lights are still on and I can't turn them off either. Some control panels for lights are working fine. I tried to turn of all breakers to reset but it's still sane issue. I opened one control panel?, it has green blinking light on. Any idea what I can do to trouble shoot? I am new to all this and bought the home with amx radia.

    I just turned off all breakers to reset. It's working fine now but scared to put back the same msp control panel again for lights. Any one can please recommend someone or company for help in the future? Amx harmon does not provide any help for anx radia/axlink now:(

    It's only been 25 years since it was discontinued, hard to imagine it's not supported anymore...

    Thank you for replying. I thought AMX supported only discontinued few years ago not 25 year. I believe you are very knowledgeable about amx axlink and Radia. Is it possible to learn it to manage home troubleshoot? Also how some can learn? I can't find anyone who can help!
