Hi,
I have trouble to get the feed from some panasonic PTZ camera. At first it was not working than suddenly it came and after reload the panel files it's gone again and doesn't seems to get back even if a restart the panel or whatever i do. I did the last firmware update that is supposed to fix that problem but it look like it's not. If i refresh the dynamic image in TPD5 on the same netword as the panel it's working fine. Just not working on the panel!!!??? Also it's a converted layout from a MT1002 to a VARIA 150 so should be working without any extra manipulations.
Any help would be welcome.

Hi Marc, Thanks for this advice but this maj introduce a problem with SHO command that make it unavailable and i use it. As usual AMX don't care about the client and do what ever they want. There is bug with RTSP they fix it but introduce a new bug since 6 month and no reactions... Just f...k youself and choose to have one or the other functionnality working not booth.... Why? because we don't care about you.... Just pay for our products and go... That's sad for AMX because they will continue to loose really big clients because of that.... I had a hope when harmann then Samsung came in charge but it look that nothing change...
A major Varia firmware release afaik is in progress, I've heard about end of January / early February.
Have you asked TS if there maybe is an intermediate hotfix available that may solve the SHO issue?
Hi, i'm tired to wait hotfix and so on, AMX stay AMX... they do bad product which is really sad because they had gold in their hand... Wait for a hotfix that will introduce new problems is useless. I really don't understand the logic behind AMX leaving bugs for months... There is two possibilities, first they don't care second they are not good. In both cases i can't recommand anymore AMX products for long time big project. I had some hope with MUSE products but... I'm really disappointed once again and that one is the last one for me... Crestron or QSys will do the work...

So they should not sell it then... even don't speak about it. Do you see a car coming on the market that do turn left or right but not both because it's in developpement??? Are we beta tester at this price? I don't get that way of doing stuff... And i can be patient but 6 months for a fix do u really think it's reasonable or serious?
No but I see plenty of cars coming to market that have massive recalls...does that count? that your steering doesn't work or high disk of brakes tiggering or engine fires. Toyota have just done a massive complete recall for one of their models for an engine change.
So tyou say the same for your iPhone/iPad/Android device?? or your Windows PC?
Go to Craptron and see how long it takes to get things fixed.... I think you probably need to find another control system
At least they do a recall. AMX never do recall and let you with the bugs hoping it will not come out for you.
