controlling aten kvm switch using mu-2300 over rs-232

I have mu2300 and aten kvm switch which takes commands over rs-232 interface. How to send command using muse automator ?

    Here is a serial control sample for Tascam DVD player. Hope this helps to show you the general way for serial control.

    I'm using an ATEN US3344I for USB switching in my home office. It requires RS-422 or RS-485 (dip switch settable), so I would also check that you're setting the port on the AMX side to match.
