Axcent III offline

Hello Everyone
I have an Axcent III(slave) and a NI-700(master) where the Axcent III will on occasion drop offline and will remain off line till a reboot. When this happens I loose everything that is connected to the Axcent III. This is 1 of 20 some systems like it and the only one doing it. Anyone seen this happen before?

    Move the Axcent III to a different room and see what happens.
