New Firmware Upload

Has anyone else had this problem. Using latest release Netstudio could not load latest firmware to NXDCV7 or wirless panels. Using Netstudio 3 which fortunately did not update on one of my computers updates worked flawlessly

I loaded our MVP-8400 via USB in Studio 2.4 without a problem.
