Problem Connecting to Sonance IPort FS-5

I had to do a little troubleshooting after my second Sonance IPort FS-5 (New table top docking station) would not connect using the non-java module. Here's what I found:
The docking station has three physical buttons on the front. One is the large "Sync" button. The other two act as next/previous song when an IPod is connected.
On both systems that I was having problems with, the Previous button was stuck in the pressed position. After I loosened the screws on the bottom of the piece, the button was free and 232 communication resumed and the world was good.
Just something to watch for if you plan on putting one in your system.
