Batibus Gateway ?

Hi,
I would need to control an HVAC system from Merlin Gerin that uses Batibus communication. Do you know a gateway that would allow me to control that system from AMX controler ? either through an RS-232 link or TCP/IP link ?
It looks to be very similar to EIB bus but not enough similar to be able to use an EIB gateway such as one sold by Comm-Tec.
