NI700 problem - file transfers

Gday all,
I've just received my first NI700 with a few hours to get it working with a slave Axcent3. All is fine on the slave setup - the Axcent3 devices are appearing on the NI700 device tree.
I was able to compile & transfer a test program, then my real program to the NI700. However, after a while I can no longer transfer any files (or firmware) to the NI700. What a pain! I keep receiving the following message:
"Transfer aborted - Error opening file on Master. Requested file does not exist or is invalid."
I've only worked with v2 (non-Duet) masters to date, but the NI700 came with v3.12.335. I don't know if that is contributing to my issue. I tried to update the firmware (to the latest of both v2 & v3), but got the same error message.
I initially turned on system security, but when the transfer errors started I turned off the security. Made no difference.
It also made no difference as to whether I had the Axcent3 plugged in or not.
Any clues? I'm using NLS 2.3. Time for me to get some sleep...

Just a thought.

The 'format disk' command did the trick. Afterwards, I could then reload my program okay. Thanks for the help everyone.

I'm having the same problem with an NXC-ME260, v2.10.85.
When downloading source or firmware, I get the message "Requested file does not exist or is invalid."
I have tried all the above, including rolling back to studio 2.1 and using a different PC.
Has anyone else have any success fixing the problem, aside from replacing the master.
I also had your problem with some NI-700's.
clean disk fixed it for me, but then after some transfer it would brick again. Loading the newest firmware really helped fix the problem
I guess this one will have to go back to AMX?
Thanks.
