When trying to compile a basic Visual Architect program I get this error message:
ERROR: C:\Documents and Settings\Kevin\Desktop\Fair\State Fair\Source\State Fair.tko(0): L20449: NEO Error - User skipped this operation
I'm wondering if anyone has encontered this before and what I'm doing wrong

Start up NetLinx Studio and make sure you have the latest NetLinx compiler. Check the compiler version from the Help-About NetLinx Studio... menu option.
You should have the 2.3.0.0 version of the NetLinx compiler. Your error message indicates an older version of the compiler.
When I try to update the software I get a message that my account does not have the right permissions for this.

Sounds a bit like you may need to log on as administrator on your PC to gain 'download app' rights..
Hope it helps
