I cannot access with filezilla and user "administrator", What is the problem?

These pages cannot be changed, they are part of the firmware and so in a range of the file directories not accessable from ftp.
If you do not want them as default page, create a own index.htm or default.htm and load it into root by ftp. The default pages are still accessable by direct link.
