Error trying to install VA

Getting this message (attached) when trying to install. Tech Support emailed a proposed solution / workaround but to no avail. Any suggestions??

    This was a installer problem with VA 1.0 we also got. In some cases, VA (for whatever) has needed access to network/Internet for installation. But if the PC/Laptop was in this case connected to network/Internet while installation, it also needs an Internet connect when launching VA -> the workaround was to disable the network card while launching, and then to reactivate it.:confused:

    Best would be to order VA1.1 CD which has none of that problems.... but it needs internet connection at beginning of installation, because you have to register the VA1.1 copy at AMX' VA server.
