Hold down the bottom left hardware button and the bottom nav cluster button simultaneously for about 5 seconds and that will force open the setup page, giving you access as well to the protected setup page. If none of your screen buttons work at all, it may have gotten a way-out-of-whack calibration (this has happened to me once or twice). To force the calibaration page, just keep holding the buttons down after the setup page appears, and in another 5 seconds you will get the calibration page. If this was a working panel, there is a good chance it just needs to be re-booted.
  • Thank you for answer, but..
""Hold down the bottom left hardware button and the bottom nav cluster button simultaneously for about 5 seconds""- this function is disconnected software. This and there is problem
  • Panel is oriented on connection through Ethernet, Included cryptooperation and lost key. Can be not connected to panels that software to move to Setup Page :-))

I've having some difficulty understanding the problem. Are you saying you disabled the hardware button setup?

There is another way to get to the setup pages disconnect power, and pull out the batteries. Hold your finger in the direct center of the screen and power back on. Keep holding your finger there while it powers up, 5 seconds after it is fully started, it will go to the setup page. Like the hardware buttons, you can keep holding for the calibration page. This works with every panel AMX has ever made as far as I know, and I just tested it on an MVP-8400 to make sure it still works.

Once you have the calibration and can get at the setup pages, you should be able to fix whatever connection setting that got scrambled.
  • Big thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Access is received! The Problem is solved!
