Carrier infinity heating/air system

Does anyone have experience working on a Carrier Infinity heating/air system? I am trying to control a Carrier Infinity system through a carrier SAM ( system access module), but i don't find the RS232 protocol from the carrier website, and i don't find this module in AMX website either, any one can help?
