CV-7 won't boot up..

I have a CV-7 in the field that has the AMX logo spinning on the screen. I cannot see it online in studio and cannot get into the setup from the front button. Doing a hard reboot by cutting power does nothing. Is it dead? any ideas? I will be calling support first thing Monday morning but am hoping someone else will be able to help out before then.

    probably a dead flash card. We have a few in stock to solve these problems ahead :)

    I agree that the flash is probably dead, but there is one other thing you can try. Pull the power, then hold your finger dead center on the screen while powering it back up. Keep holding after it comes on, and it should go to the setup screen (this works with all AMX panels, by the way, and if you keep holding after the setup page appears, it will go to the calibration screen). Then you can try a factory reset. Of course, if it doesn't go to setup, you are just out of luck.
