Favorite Channel Icons

Does anyone have a link to a website that has uniform sized channel logos? I downloaded some logos from somewhere a while back and I have some favorite channel code that allows the user to setup their favorite channels on the fly. The only problems I have is that some of the icons I have look like crap and there doesn't seem to be a uniform size for the icons. Some of them are really small and others are so large they don't fit in the space allocated. I would love to create my own set of uniform icons, but I don't have the talent or the time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have also thought about bringing them into a graphics editor and making them a uniform size, but most of them are REALLY low resolution and don't react well to enlarging.

There is a good free set of broadcast icons at http://www.guifx.com/content/04/001380/04/6/index.html . They also have a decent product line you can license for use in your panel designs.
